Hello giggling chefs. Life has been a bit crazy these past few months and it is only going to continue, but I miss cooking and I feel bad leaving the blog with no activity. So I am going to make an effort to post more. Forgive me for being a bit rusty. Lets starts things back up with a simple, light treat.

It's been awhile since I have made a cake. So instead of doing my Sunday cleaning, I decided to do some baking. This will be a yummy addition to my lunches this week.

I successfully cooked a delicious meal of tuna with mushroom sauce and mushroom rice with my first pound of tuna. On to cooking the second pound. I tried to go for something as simple as possible, because well...not going to lie, I was feeling super lazy. But I also wanted something different from the mushroom sauce. A cold mango curry sauce did the trick with some left over mushroom rice.
