Bourbon Bacon Brownies

What could be better than chocolate, bacon, and booze?


1 package Brownie Mix
1 package (1 lbs.) cooked, cooled bacon
3 Tbsp bourbon
1/4 c. bourbon

1. Preheat oven according to directions on package.


2. Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions. Add the 3 tablespoons of bourbon.


3. Cook the package of bacon. Try to keep the bacon as flat as possible.


4. Pour brownie batter into a lightly greased 8 x 8-inch pan. Place bacon on top.

 

5. Bake as directed on package, or until a toothpick inserted two inches from the edge of the pan comes out mostly clean.


6. Remove brownies from oven and immediately (and carefully) pour 1/4 cup bourbon on them. Cool in refrigerator completely before slicing and serving.
7. Stuff face!
