How To: Melt Chocolate

Sounds easy enough right?...but melting chocolate can be one of the most frustrating things on the planet. There have been several times in the past in my attempts to melt chocolate it either wouldn't melt, semi melt into weird half melted chunks or I ended up burning the bottom. The method below I have found is the easier/best way to melt chocolate without having a double boiler. It hasn't failed me yet.

1. First selects two pans where one fits nicely into the other.

2. In the bottom pan, fill up with just a bit of water so the water makes contact with the bottom pan.

3. Bring the water to boil.

4. Put the second pot on top and place chocolate (or in this example chocolate and butter) in the pan.

5. Stir until melted.

6. Put chocolate in/on something delicious.
7. Stuff face!!
