Orange Cookies

Cake mix and cool whip...not something you would think would make delicious cookies. I had to try this recipe not only because of the ingredients but the simplicity of it. I initially didn't think these cookies would be very good, but it turns out you end up with a cookie that tastes like a orange creamsicle. This is a quick and easy recipe for those late night sugar cravings.

1 box (18.25 ounces) orange cake mix
1 egg
1 Tbsp. orange juice
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
~3/4 c. powdered sugar

1. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, egg, and orange juice. Mixture will be crumbly.

2. Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Scoop the batter out by small spoonfuls and roll in powdered sugar.

4. Place on prepared pan.

5. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes until lightly browned.

6. Stuff face!
