Nana's Lasagna

We had some left over tomato sauce from the meatballs, so we decided to continue with the family recipes this week and try my boyfriends great grandma's lasagna. I really like the cheese mixture with this recipe and with a nice meaty sauce...nom nom nom nom!!! It is great for leftover lunches too! :D

Uncooked lasagna noodles
homemade tomato sauce
1 lb. ricotta cheese
6 oz. provolone cheese
0.5 lb. mozzarella, shredded
1 egg, beaten
0.5 c. chopped parsley
Shredded Parmesan

1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
2. Combine all cheeses except Parmesan with egg and parsley.

3. Spread layer of sauce in 9x13 inch pan.

4. Place uncooked lasagne noodles on top of sauce.

5. Spread half of the cheese mixture on top of noodles.

6. Cover with sauce. Make sure pasta is totally covered.

7. Repeat. Noodles. Rest of the cheese. Sauce. Noodles.

8. The last layer is noodles covered with sauce.

9. Top with Parmesan.

10. Cover pan tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour (until noodles are tender).

11. Stuff face!
