How To: Grate Tomatoes

This is a quick easy way to get tomato pulp and juice.

1. Cut tomato in half, not stem to bottom.

2. Grate the meat side on a course vegetable grater. Try to get as much meat off of the skin as possible.



3. Discard skin. That is all there is to it.
