Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Nom nom nom. Shrimp cooked in garlic butter. What else is there to say? This recipe is quick, easy, and delicious.

Lemon Garlic Shrimp
1-2 pounds shrimp, raw, deveined
2 sticks unsalted butter, cold, chopped
1 tsp. salt
4 garlic cloves
1/4 c. parsley
1 lemon, juiced

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Rinse shrimp and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.

3. In a food processor, add cold butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and parsley. Pulse until combined.

4. Sprinkle cold butter crumbles over the shrimp.

5. Bake until shrimp is opaque and butter is hot and bubbly.

6. Serve over pasta/rice and stuff face! Don't forget to dip some bread into the extra melted butter goodness.
