I am on a pork belly kick. Plus this is another Gordon Ramsay recipe too so I had to try it. It is super simple and it is delicious. The skin has a great crunch.

I am a sucker for basil. My basil plant is no longer a plant, more like a tree and it needed a trim. Now with a giant pile of basil on the counter, I wanted to use it while it was still fresh. I hunted around and came across this. It is kind of like a chicken parmesan with a difference sauce. The sauce is amazing by the way. Highly recommend this one.

Alright, we're going french and fancy. What is creme brulee-d pork belly confit? Caramelized bacon folks! CARAMELIZED BACON! I saw this recipe and had to try it. I have tried to cook pork belly in the past and failed horribly. So I was determined to make this recipe work!! And it did!!! And it was delicious!!!
