1. Take a brush and give the oysters a good scrub to remove any excess dirt.
2. Heat up the grill.
3. Place the oysters on the grill, fat side down. Cook for about 10 minutes until the oysters pop open.
4. Let them sit for 1 to 2 minutes to cool slightly. Use a shuck or butter knife, open the oysters.
5. Stuff face!
