Grilled Oysters

Oysters is one of the easiest things to do on the grill. 1. Put on grill. 2. Wait 10 minutes. 3. Take off grill. 4. Open and eat. Simple as that.

These are delicious. The oyster cooks in its own juices and has a great flavor. I like them on their own, but they are also tasty on a saltine with a little Sriracha.

Sriracha (optional)

1. Take a brush and give the oysters a good scrub to remove any excess dirt.

2. Heat up the grill.

3. Place the oysters on the grill, fat side down. Cook for about 10 minutes until the oysters pop open.

4. Let them sit for 1 to 2 minutes to cool slightly. Use a shuck or butter knife, open the oysters.

5. Stuff face!
