Cheesecake stuffed Strawberries

Cheesecake. Stuffed. Strawberries...Don't have much to say except these are amazing and addictive.


I had a little trouble keeping all of the strawberries up-right. I ended up sitting the strawberries on paper towels in a container and folding a little lip in between the rows. That worked really well, even during transport.

1 lb. large strawberries
8 oz. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
graham crack crumbs (2 - 3 crackers)

1. Cut off the top of the strawberry and hollow out with sharp knife.


2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.


3. Pipe cheesecake into each strawberry. (Note: Can use a piping bag or a zip-lock bag with a bottom corner cut off).


4. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the strawberries.


5. Stuff face!
