How To: Juice a Watermelon

Hello giggling chefs. Life has been a bit crazy these past few months and it is only going to continue, but I miss cooking and I feel bad leaving the blog with no activity. So I am going to make an effort to post more. Forgive me for being a bit rusty. Lets starts things back up with a simple, light treat.

You can drink the juice filtered or not. Either way is very tasty and light. It is great for a hot summer day.

Ingredients:
Seedless watermelon

Supplies:
sharp knife
pitcher
sieve (optional)

1. Slice watermelon to into small pieces.

2. Place in blender and liquify.

(You can drink it with the pulp.)

3. (Optional) Run watermelon puree through a sieve to remove pulp and any small white seeds. If needed, press the pulp with a spatula.

4. Refrigerate and enjoy!
